There is a complex modernization of the heat source planned in this hospital such as the following:

• a gas cogeneration unit with an electric power capacity of approximately 120 kW and a heat power
• capacity of 195 kW shall be executed a cooling absorptive unit with a power capacity of 120 kW,
• construction of two gas condensing boilers with a combined power capacity of 1 MW shall be built,
• installation of flat solar collectors of a combined surface area of approximately 300 m2,
• a gas steam boiler with a power capacity of approximately 0,7 MW,
• construction of an emergency power generator with a power capacity of 400 kW.
