An exceptionally comnplicated investment availing of four alternative and mutually cooperating heat sources as follows: a heat pump with a power capacity of 190 kW, together with a lower heat source (vertical exchanger – 9 drillings of 86 mb each; lateral exchanger – 4 000 mb), as well as solar installations of a surface area of 96.72 m2, a gas boiler and a biomass boiler with a power capacity of 420 kW.

A mechanical ventilation system was also executed with an efficiency of 33,600 m3/h and a totally modernized internal installation of central heating (178 radiators) made with the technology of pre-insulated pipes.

Within the framework of this investment we also carried out design documentation.
